Most modern flowable manufacturing unit with capacity of 1000 Ltrs. per shift concentrate(42% to 50% solid) and 2000 Ltrs. Per shift dilute(1% to 10%).Wet milling machine (Dynomil KD-25) of continuous type . Bead Mill uses Ceramic/Glass/Zirconium/Beads as grinding media and mills to sub micron sizes. The input size of the mill is restricted to 1000 micron .if the solids are above 1000 micron , facility to mill them to 15 to 45 microns (air Classifier Mill-ACM-30).All pipelines are stainless steel as well as all the equipments, such as Premix tank ,Silver son grinding. Premill tank, Screw pump. Intermediate tank, post mill tank, Gel tank, Oil emulsion tank, Dilution tank (capacity 1 KL to 2KL) and imported dynomill using ceramic beads. All equipment have cooling facility supported by a 30 tones Brine cooling unit .Volumetric filling machines for packing. Closed chambers with breathing air facilities through compressor for workers safety .Dust extraction and scrubber facilities also in operation continuously to reduce pollution. 

We posses facility to formulate all types of Granules including impregnated and hard core formulations of regent Granules with concentrate spraying system. Capacity 0.3% to 10% coated or impregnated Granules .Also we prepare active ingredient concentrate solution preparation in closed chambers that itself contains for breathing air and hot water circulation. Also we have a scrubbing unit in order to avoid environmental pollution.

We formulate water dispersible microfine ,that can be sprayed aerially as well as on the ground. The plant is equipped with dust collection facility.

We have filling and PP cap sealing machines of different sizes that help us in formulating all type of emulsions & plant growth regulators.
